NEW PHILADELPHIA The RTY Summer Showcase concerts will resume at the Tuscora Park amphitheater this weekend and continue through Labor Day weekend.
The season will begin Sunday with the New Philadelphia Jazz and Steel Drum Bands, followed by the Ron Retzer Trio on Monday, Memorial Day.
All performances will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. except the Community Night of Worship on Aug. 9, which will be from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The free summer performances were canceled last year due to the pandemic. We have high hopes for a great season and that the community will visit Tuscora Park for all it has to offer including Summer Showcase, said organizer Joe Croft. We are looking forward to see everyone again. We are hoping for great weather and attendance in welcoming our audience back following being off last summer.
