Restricted access to skiing in Espanola

Photo supplied by Espanola Lions Club As a result of the provincial lockdown, Espanola’s Boogie Mountain Ski Hill has put out a notice that access will only be granted to local area users. Manager Tim Hutchinson says the facility will only be accepting patrons from town, Nairn Centre, Webbwood, McKerrow, Massey, Greater Sudbury and Manitoulin Island. He says the reason the restriction is in place is that the lockdown is for a longer period of time in southern Ontario, which means people from there may be looking for alternatives in the North.
