Ophir or the
Company ) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement through the issuance of an aggregate of 18,336,532 units (a
Unit ) of the Company at a price of $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$2,750,480 (the
Offering ).
