Black Ops Cold War, as well as the Zombies Outbreak Easter egg quest coming on May 20th, they didn’t dive into the nitty gritty patch notes of what the Season Three Reloaded update would change in the game.
This update comes with a hefty amount of weapon tuning, making major adjustments to sniper rifles, assault rifles, LMGs, and pistols. Separately, a number of big weapon buffs were given in Zombies to help players feel a little bit more powerful against the hordes and promote a variety of weapon usage.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is getting a massive balance patch as part of season 3’s midseason update. The season 3 Reloaded patch brings balance changes to all of the game’s sniper rifles and assault rifles in every mode, and it updates the tuning for weapons in the Zombies mode.
This patch’s sniper rifle tuning was focused on making each of them a little more distinct. The biggest change Treyarch made to accomplish that was giving each of the snipers a new and special flinch animation that makes each of them behave slightly differently than the other weapons in the category. The developer also gave each sniper unique ADS momentum, to make scoping in feel different with each gun. All this comes on top of several balance changes as well.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War patch adds restrictions to League Play

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s League Play feature came out earlier this week but developer Treyarch is already making a few adjustments. To help keep things fair in the ranked mode, Treyarch has released a list of gear that will be disabled for all players in League Play.
The list of disabled attachments and Scorestreaks are designed to help keep some of
Black Ops Cold War’s least balanced items out of its most competitive game mode. Things like suppressors are disabled, as well as certain barrels for weapons like the RPK LMG, which make some guns a little too powerful. Also on the restricted list are the armor and War Machine Scorestreaks, which could too quickly tilt the game in favor of the team that got them.
