Gable “Gabe” Erenzo, a spirits innovator who paved the way for craft distilling in the Hudson Valley, died suddenly in his sleep earlier this week at the age of 41, according to a Facebook announcement by his father, Ralph Erenzo. No cause of death has been identified.
