Jaguars add 3 more to personnel staff
The Jaguars have continued its efforts to rebuild the staff from the ground up, adding three more personnel staff members.

The Jaguars are continuing its efforts to re-shape the organization from the ground up under the direction of head coach Urban Meyer and general manager Trent Baalke.
Today, the team announced the addition of three people to its personnel department in senior personnel executive Michael Davis, director of roster management Trip MacCracken and player personnel coordinator Drew Hughes.

WINNIPEG, MB., January 15, 2021 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the team has signed American defensive back Demetrious Cox, American defensive end Vontarrius Dora and American receiver Davon Grayson.
Cox (6-0, 200, Michigan State, April 20, 1994 in Jeannette, PA) has spent time practice squads with the Bengals, Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals before returning to Cincinnati in 2019. Cox played in four games with Carolina in 2017. He was most recently with the New York Guardians of the XFL. Cox played collegiately at Michigan State, seeing action in 51 games, starting 25 and recording 91 solo tackles, 75 tackle assists, one sack, 14 pass breakups, four interceptions, one forced fumbled, two fumble recoveries and two touchdowns.
