The Southwest Portland dairy, which was sold after a family rift in 2019 by the Cadonau family that founded it in 1916, has been a fixture in the community for more than 100 years. Since the sale, the dairy has continued to operate but the social aspect of the dairy has been sidelined, with different parts of the complex slowly being closed.
