NEW BRIGHTON – Beaver County Office on Aging, in partnership with Rite Aid and the New Brighton Borough Community Life Committee, is hosting a communitywide COVID-19 vaccine clinic Thursday for area senior citizens.
The event will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at E.B. McNitt Apartments, 805 Allegheny St. Those wishing to receive a first dose of the Pfizer vaccine should make an appointment by contacting Sandra Janicki by calling 724-847-1282 or Valerie McElvy by emailing mcelvy@newbrightonpa.org or calling 724-846-2000.
Those with appointments should bring their completed screening questionnaire and consent form, which can be provided at the time of scheduling, as well as driver s license and insurance cards to the clinic.

Federal authorities in Pittsburgh have asked anyone with information related to suspected fraud, abuse or victimization related to long-term care facilities and the covid-19 pandemic to file a report with the Western Pennsylvania COVID-19 Fraud Task Force.
Reports can be filed by calling 1-888-219-9372 or emailing usapaw.covid19@usdoj.gov.
