Woodstock’s Peter Kinsman said he believed the lottery ticket checker was malfunctioning when it told him he had won $15 million.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation announced Friday that Kinsman, 62, a local business owner and father of three, won more than $15 million in a Feb. 10 Lotto 6/49 draw.

“I was in disbelief until I brought it to the cashier to check,” Kinsman said.
He said he looked over the numbers many times before be believed he had actually won – and, initially, close friends and family didn’t believe it either.
