After dipping its toes into the standalone Spider-Man universe, Sony Pictures took a plunge recently into the development of its live-action Spider-Verse world by casting Aaron Taylor-Johnson in a Kraven the Hunter movie that will be directed by J.C. Chandor (
A Most Violent Year,
All Is Lost). This means that all of a sudden, Sony has a Spider-Man universe that already includes Venom (Tom Hardy), Carnage (Woody Harrelson), Morbius the Living Vampire (Jared Leto) and Vulture (Michael Keaton, seen in the
Morbius trailer) and now Kraven. Once Sony finally brings Spider-Man back over from Marvel, this universe will be humming with activity.
Talking to his fellow MCU actor Chris Pratt, Tom Holland reveals why working on Spider-Man 3 has been such a special experience for him. Find more details on that, and an update on the shoot, right here.
Comics have provided no shortage of fun Christmas stories as creators have often used the holidays to get characters like Batman out of their storytelling comfort zones. And then, the following month, just like many of us who quickly turn the page on the holiday season once all the gifts are unwrapped and the tree comes down, our costumed heroes move on. These stories largely exist out of continuity, or at the very least, are hardly ever referenced.

Marvel Team-Up back in 1972. Have Yourself a Sandman Little Christmas happens to be one of my favorite Christmas-themed comics, and not just because it hits all the notes a seasonal story needs to hit to get all up in my holiday feels.
