Killoe native looking forward to ‘annoying people’ in Leinster House

Killoe native, Brian Mahon, has nabbed what he has called “the best job in the world” after announcing he was taking up a role as a political reporter in Leinster House for the Times Ireland and the Sunday Times.
The former St Mel’s College student told the Longford Leader last week that he’s “looking forward to annoying people” and writing every day for work.
The son of Mary and Tom Mahon, Brian studied History and Politics and International Relations in UCD for his undergrad before doing an MA in Legislative Studies and Practice and working for a year in the Northern Ireland Assembly.

A few weeks ago, the cheeky turkey sang a song about Claire not having changed her ‘cacks’ for a few weeks and it’s become quite the earworm.
The host invited him on the show to try and put a stop to it but instead he just congratulated her on making it to 10 weeks without changing her underwear.
