A Reaffirmation of the Importance of the U.S.-Brazil Relationship 
The undersigned organizations, representing the U.S. and Brazilian private sectors, have been longstanding advocates for expanding two-way trade and investment between the Western Hemisphere’s two largest economies. At the outset of 2021, in a world reeling from a pandemic, we reaffirm our commitment to work together with both governments towards an ambitious and robust bilateral agenda that drives inclusive and sustainable growth for the citizens of both of our countries. 
We encourage Presidents Biden and Bolsonaro to build on the recent trade policy gains in the bilateral relationship to help restore bilateral trade and investment to pre-crisis levels and to contribute to much-needed job creation.
