TRUSSVILLE The Trussville Police Department has focused heavily on increased drug activity in the area of Quality Inn Trussville and the focus is paying off.
Multiple arrests have been made in the past several weeks. Arrests for drugs have led to the capture of persons wanted by other law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Marshals Service. Hotel management said they are doing all they can to combat criminal activity.
On April 30, 2021, a pair was arrested after officers found methamphetamine, a THC vape pen and other paraphernalia in a vehicle. Terry Allen Partridge, Jr., 36, of Shelby, Alabama, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Patridge was also found to have an outstanding warrant with Vestavia Hills Police. Bridgette Pence, 32, also of Shelby Alabama, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
