âI am just super excited that we are kind of back to normal,â Kim Campbell, the owner of Sand Bar and Grill, said.

The Sand Bar and Grill, near Gun Lake, is renting ice shanties to customers wanting to partake in outdoor dining.

The restaurant sanitizes each shanty between use and servers try to keep their distance by delivering food or drinks through the door.
