Bradford police s crackdown on begging and anti-social behaviour in city centre AN OPERATION has been underway in Bradford in a crackdown on anti-social behaviour and begging in the city centre. A number of arrests were made; tickets were issued to people who were persistently begging; a number of people were asked to leave the area and arrests were also made for Criminal Behaviour Order breaches.
