Cleveland, Warrensville Heights consider tax-sharing deal to support Tremco expansion Tremco Inc., a construction-products manufacturer, is expanding a longtime facility on Cleveland s East Side. Cleveland and Warrensville Heights are considering a tax-sharing agreement tied to a manufacturing plant expansion that straddles their border. Legislation introduced Monday, Feb. 22, at Cleveland City Council would create a joint economic development zone spanning 11.7 acres at Miles Avenue and East 175th Street.
