It’s not every day you get to see music royalty perform on the stage, let alone two luminaries who have forged their own disparate reputations and careers. It was a bit of a once-in-a-blue-moon moment seeing Courtney Barnett, Julia Jacklin, Stella Donnelly, Stella Mozgawa and Kee’ahn in the one bandroom – for Milk Records’ current residency at Brunswick Ballroom – and now the venue is doing it again, this time welcoming two mavens from a different expanse of the music industry.
