Working in our newly refurbished Volvo Retail Experience facility, you will have extensive experience in running an Aftersales department, ideally within a Main Dealership environment. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the Aftersales team by demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviour associated with the Company and Manufacturerâs Brand Values.
In a hands-on, pro-active role, you will have ultimate control in the operation of the department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring manufacturer franchise standards are always maintained.

 NVQ Level 2 or above in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent, preferably with Main Dealership experience. However, applications are invited from those whose experience has been gained at reputable independent garages.
You will be given the support and training to develop your skills both on-site and with the manufacturer to a high level. You will be required to work to main dealer standard, completing job cards and working to meet targets and deadlines. You should be competent in the service and repair of vehicles using the latest diagnostic equipment.
