Campaign Operations Manager
As Manager of 9Optimum & Campaign Operations, your core responsibility is to mentor, develop and support a team including 4 Team Leaders and 18 team members in total.
You will work collaboratively with team members and business stakeholders to improve and standardise operations SLAs, ad serving and workflow platforms, driving consistency in team evaluations setting performance benchmarks.

Leading a large-scale team with dedication to developing junior team members
Create, implement, and review development plans that fosters collaboration an engagement within the team
