The Public Administration Ministry in a gazette yesterday announced that some of the top bureaucrats have been transferred.
The gazette mentioned that Biman Managing Director and CEO M Mokabbir Hossain was among the officials transferred. But the ministry issued a similar gazette about an hour later without mentioning Mokabbir.
The official did not answer the phone when The Daily Star called to ask him whether he had been transferred to the Railways Ministry, as the gazette mentioned.
