HKEX Appoints Group General Counsel Date 11/03/2021 Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Chow as its Group General Counsel, effective 19 April 2021. Mr Chow will provide strategic legal counsel to the HKEX Board and senior management team, and head HKEX s Legal and Secretarial Services Department. He will oversee the Group s legal function, including the teams at the London Metal Exchange (LME) and LME Clear. He will report to HKEX Interim Chief Executive Calvin Tai and will become a member of the Group’s Management Committee.
