MORROWâ Clayton State University has started the process of administering the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible employees in an effort to mitigate the spread of the virus.
The university received 400 doses of the Moderna vaccine to deliver to employees included in the Georgia Department of Public Healthâs phase 1 of vaccine distribution.
âTo be able to assist our campus community in receiving the vaccine is extremely rewarding work,â said Polly Parks, University Health Services director. âI am so appreciative of the volunteer nursing, health sciences and healthcare management faculty helping UHS to make the vaccine administration possible across the campusâ
