Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Rs 1.08 lakh crore worth budget focused on socio-economic development, infrastructure, agriculture & horticulture. While sharing pictures of the majestic tulip garden on the foothills of the Zabarwan Mountains last week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked people to visit the garden in a bid to promote tourism.
