Virtual: GUA SHA FACIAL MASSAGE: A Deeper Look: 7 p.m. Feb. 25. We welcome back John Saia for a deeper look at caring for the face and neck through Gua Sha and acupressure points. Gua Sha, a modality in Traditional Chinese Medicine, moves blood to improve circulation, health and well-being. This workshop will review the basic indications, tools and methods for practicing Gua Sha, with a focus on anatomy and acupressure points of the head and neck.
