None of the Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) have achieved the 90 percent confidence level in Lahore with respect to 4G signal strength as per the license conditions, says Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
In order to measure the performance and service quality of 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS/HSPA+ etc), and 4G (LTE), of Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs), PTA carried out an independent Quality of Service (QoS) survey of Lahore through a 3rd Party Service Provider from 15th -28th February 2021 and 3rd – 8th March 2021.
In the QoS survey at Lahore, different markets and hotspot areas during the 20 days of tests from 0800 to 2100 hours on daily basis by deploying urban mobility riders.

LAHORE: An accountability court was told on Thursday an inquiry of assets beyond means against former defence minister Khwaja Muhammad Asif had been upgraded into an investigation.
A prosecutor of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) stated this before the court while the jail officials produced Mr Asif for the hearing of the case against him.
Presiding Judge Jawadul Hassan adjourned further hearing till Feb 18 and also extended the judicial remand of Mr Asif.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Accountability court on Thursday has nullified the decision of exempting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif from the hearings in connection with Ashiana Housing reference.
According to details, the court has summoned Shehbaz Sharif in personal capacity on January 26. It’s not appropriate to exempt an accused in one case while he is appearing in another one, the judge remarked.
He further directed the former Punjab chief minister to attend the proceedings of Ashiana case.
