On Friday, the L.A. County Health Department officially announced eased restrictions for museums, gyms, and movie theaters.
But after a full year of closures, business leaders from those sectors need time to acclimate. Some have furloughed their staff. They might need to set up new safety protocols. Some, aren t even sure it ll be worth it to reopen.
