Teine Sā – The Ancient Ones is a five-part horror series in which modern women have encounters with the ancient Pacific Island goddesses who help them with their problems and leave lessons in their wake.

Frankie Adams says “I liked that there was traditional stories mixed in with modern day issues – I really liked that.” The Samoan-born New Zealand actor was originally asked to consult on some of the scripts, but she quickly realised she wanted to become much more involved in the project.
