Lee Tracy is already in gift shops at Singing River Ocean Springs and at the Pascagoula hospital, now they have opened at Singing River Gulfport.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Lee Tracy’s Remedy inside Singing River Gulfport Hospital’s gift shop.
Lee Tracy’s Remedy is a boutique that sells get well items such as balloons, cards, baby gifts, and more. Owner Katie Hinkel tells News 25 how the Singing River partnership came about. “We have a long partnership with Singing River Health System. We have been friends for a lot of years. I actually used to run the gift shop in Pascagoula about 12 years ago. About a year ago, an opportunity presented itself and they asked us to come be the gift shop within the hospital so we are thrilled to be here.”
SRHS hospitals only ones south of Jackson to receive A rating for patient safety

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. Four Singing River Health System hospitals are the only Mississippi hospitals south of Jackson to earn an “A” rating for patient safety.
The four facilities Singing River Hospital, Ocean Springs Hospital, Ochsner Medical Center - Hancock, and Singing River Gulfport Hospital all received top ratings for patient safety in the spring Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades, released Thursday.
All four facilities are operated through a partnership between SRHS and Ochsner Health. The “A” grade signifies each of the hospitals achievement in protecting patients from errors, injuries, accidents and infections.
