Jonny Wrigley and Lauren Gavaghan have joined the Cheshire developer, which has also opened a second office as it steps up work on seveal high-profile schemes.
Following a string of tender successes including Wigan’s Galleries and the residential part of Stockport Interchange, Cityheart has appointed Lauren Gavaghan as development manager.
Gavaghan, who joins from Genr8 Developments and previously worked at Peel Land & Property, will work on schemes including the recently secured £50m residential regeneration scheme in Widnes, as well as looking to secure new opportunities.
Wrigley, whose early career included time at Cushman & Wakefield, Crosby Lend Lease and Nikal, has spent the last decade working in the supported living sector with HB Villages- which he will continue to chair – and Hayes Property Partners. He joins Cityheart as director of the newly formed Cityheart Homes arm.
