Below is a list of defendants charged in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.
Every case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

GALLATIN, Tenn. (WTVF) â A Gallatin man has been arrested for his role in the January 6 United States Capitol riot.
The United States Department of Justice said FBI agents received a tip that a man who appears in a social media video participating in the riot is Jack Jesse Griffith. Identified by the informant as Facebook user Juan Bibiano, Griffith is seen in the video with Matthew Bledsoe, who was arrested in Memphis for his connection to the riot earlier in the week.
