Police Lieutenant Andy Ofalia, deputy chief of Police Station 2, on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, said they are still investigating the incident to identify the perpetrators in the killing of Ahmed Haj, 34, of Regent Pearl Homes Subdivision, Barangay Alijis.
The lifeless body of the victim was found by a concerned citizen around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday.
His body was identified by the brother of his live-in partner.
The victim sustained gunshot wounds on his left chest and upper right portion of his back.

The MPD said they will close certain roads in preparation for the expected surge of devotees, especially on Saturday (January 9).
