SS&C to administer $7.5bn wealth manager’s private equity fund of funds
Mandate win follows a string of fund services agreements SS&C has won in recent months as it hit the $2trn in assets under administration mark.

SS&C Technologies has been appointed as the fund administrator by $7.5 billion wealth management firm Diversified Trust for its private equity fund of funds platform.
The fund services giant will provide private equity administration, portfolio look-through reporting, tax services, treasury support services and investor AML/KYC compliance.
Diversified Trust also uses SS&C Black Diamond within its wealth management business and SS&C Intralinks for its investor portal.

Wealth management firm Diversified Trust has promoted portfolio management lead Mary Raymond to principal and operations executive David Hallum to senior vice president.
Raymond is on her second stint at Diversified Trust and is the firm’s 40th principal. She was a vice president from 2011 to 2016 before moving to Regions Bank to be an institutional portfolio manager. She rejoined Diversified as a senior VP in mid-2018 and focuses on client service work such as detailed performance reporting, sharing economic updates and making allocation recommendations.
Hallum, who has been promoted from vice president, primarily oversees Diversified’s central operations investment administration work. He previously worked on the portfolio management team at Victory Capital Management.
