Fort Collins Man Arrested for Possession of Explosive Devices
A man named Dice has been arrested, with the help of Kanasa authorities, for possessing several explosive devices including a molotov cocktail.
What uses did Nicholas Robert Dice, 34, may have had planned for his explosives are not yet known, but we do know that they won t be put to use, thanks to the diligent work of the Larimer County Sheriff s Office (LCSO.)
It started in May of 2021 when Dice was pulled over in Loveland and arrested on an outstanding warrant. In his vehicle at that time, Dice had methamphetamine, a stolen handgun, many other weapons and knives, and a chemical agent riot grenade.

SAN RAFAEL, CA A suspect has been arrested in connection with Monday night s shooting death of a 23-year-old man, San Rafael police said.
The shooting occurred at around 11:50 p.m. on Windward Way according to police.
The suspect has been identified as former Novato resident Jeffrey Osmaldo Aguirre, 19, according to police.

Wilmer Gonzalez Velazquez of San Rafael was identified as the victim, police said.
Officers responded shortly before midnight on Monday to a report that a man who had apparently been shot was laying on the ground and was unresponsive, police said.

Barbara Bienvenu, who serves as Mental Health Officer of the Jasper Police Department of the Jasper Police Department has received an award for the Texas Crisis Intervention Team for outstanding service and accomplishments.
Bienvenu, who is better known as Officer BB by her fellow workers was presented with the award over the weekend at a convention of the Texas Criminal Intervention Team in Amarillo.
Bienvenu, who has worked in law enforcement for over 14 years and with the Jasper Police Department for the last four years, serves a liaison between law enforcement, hospital emergency rooms, doctors, school districts, state agencies and the community when it comes to individuals with mental health problems or needs.
