View Comments GREEN BAY - Bay Beach Amusement Park opens Saturday but a staff shortage may change how the park operates this summer, and led employees to take to TikTok to get the attention of young job candidates. James Andersen, assistant director for the Green Bay Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, said they are currently looking to hire about 15 ride operators for the park. He is confident all the rides at Bay Beach will be open this weekend, but during the week, some of the rides may not operate or may only operate during certain times of the day. Once Memorial Day hits, we open up for full hours, Andersen said. That s when we really need full staff.
