EAST NORRITON â Even though the 18th annual Walk & 5K Run Through the Park will be a mask-wearing, socially distanced in-person event on June 5, organizers are confident they can recapture at least part of that pre-pandemic  feeling for everyone involved.
âIâve been involved with the Walk for six or seven years, Weâre remembering that pre-COVID time when we were running and walking with the kids and the dogs out there and this year it looks like weâre going to get back to that, which is pretty exciting,â noted Ben Altman of Altman Management Company, which manages the Residences at Bentwood and is co-sponsoring the Walk & 5K Run.
EAST NORRITON â As it prepares to debut an outdoor version of the Philadelphia Flower Show in June, The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society has another monumental project in the works â a Green Resource Center at the Norristown Farm Park.
