This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Wessely breached paragraph 3.7 of the Insolvency Licensing Regulations as he failed to comply with Rule 15.11 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, as the uploaded notice of a decision procedure referred to a decision date of 18 February 2019, providing creditors with less than the 14 days minimum notice.

Between 29 January 2013 and 5 October 2016 Mr Sargeant, in his capacity as Liquidator of at least nine insolvent estates, breached the fundamental principle of Professional Competence and Due Care, by failing to implement and monitor adequate controls over the processing of employee claims in the insolvent estates.
