Road rehabilitation work being conducted across the city SHARE ON: Paving operations (Photo by City of Prince George) 5th Ave is currently in the midst of a big paving rush as eight different road rehabilitation operations began last week. City crews are beginning to repave multiple milled sections of roads, including 5th avenue between Johnson Street and Douglas Street, which began earlier today (Wednesday). Additionally, repaving on 5th ave between Voyageur Ave and Ospika Boulevard will begin this week. A significant section of roadway South of Connaught Hill is under preparatory and milling operations, as the project will see operations on Connaught Drive between Juniper Street and 17th Avenue.
