All charges have been dropped against the woman accused of deliberately putting needles in Queensland strawberries, sparking a national crisis and crippling the industry in 2018.

The allegation was that she inserted needles into strawberries while she was working at Berrylicious farm in her home town of Caboolture, north of Brisbane, between September 3 and 12, 2018.
The trial was due to start on Monday, but was delayed by two days of legal arguments over evidence and witnesses set to be called.
