Rongopai Pene, 21, appeared in the Rotorua District Court yesterday for what was supposed to be his sentencing after previously pleaded guilty to four charges. The charges include accosting a woman on a walking track on September 21 knowing his conduct was likely reasonably to frighten the woman and three counts of burglary.
