Family, co-workers call for justice in deaths of workers killed on I-94 Updated May 06, 2021; Facebook Share WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – Families gathered for the third time Wednesday, May 5 to call for justice in the deaths of two highway construction workers struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver on I-94 in Ypsilanti Township last fall. Nicholas Andres Sada and Davyon Desmon-Aereailes Rose, both 23 from Lansing, were killed when a suspected drunk driver entered a construction zone on eastbound I-94 near Harris Road in Ypsilanti Township and hit them at about 1:40 a.m. Nov. 7. The driver accused of killing the pair, Ryann Danielle Musselman, 29, of Belleville, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of operating while intoxicated causing death. Musselman is currently free on $10,000 bond.
