A Houston homebuilder is planning to bring as many as 87 townhomes to a former Union Pacific property in the Washington Avenue corridor. Billed as White Oak Station, the development is a project by the builder City Choice Homes and Happen Houston, the broker for the property, which has similar projects across the Houston area. It is super preliminary at this point, but we ll be looking to bring a high-end product tailored to the area, said Michael Afshari, an adviser with Happen Houston.
