A beach revitalization project that s been in the works for more than 10 years is seeking approval from Vermilion City Council. The Main Street Beach project, which offers improved parking, a roundabout, comfort station, amphitheater and board walks for handicap access, was formally presented to council from city officials, residents and Western Reserve Land Conservancy representatives during a recent City Council Streets, Buildings and Grounds Committee meeting.
