WINDSOR After testing positive for COVID-19, a man over the age of 90 in the memory center at the Village at Cedar Hill died on Wednesday and another resident has been hospitalized amid an outbreak there, the facility’s co-owner said.
As of Thursday, 12 residents and six employees of the Judith Brogren Memory Care Center had tested positive for the disease, said Patricia Horn, the Windsor senior living community’s co-owner. One employee of Cedar Hill Health Care, the community’s nursing home, has also tested positive, she said in an email.
