Mexico, Jan 20 (Prensa Latina) Foreign Secretary Marcelo Ebrard informed that the use of CanSino and Sputnik V vaccines against Covid-19 from China and Russia, respectively, are about to be authorized in Mexico, and the latter will reach the country at the end of January. In President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador s morning press briefing, the foreign secretary confirmed that this week Mexico will receive AstraZeneca s active ingredient for their final packaging and filling here in the country.
Meanwhile, the president said that in Mexico City there is a downturn in infections, although slight, and asked to strive to maintain this trend.
