A new podcast will cast a spotlight on Australian artists and creatives and tell the story of how they have used creative practices – such as sewing, knitting, painting, writing or singing – to get through tricky times in their lives.
Guests on the podcast will include musician Bec Sandridge, Aboriginal Woman of the Year Kirli Saunders, comedian/actor/cabaret performer Drew Fairley, and visual artist Josh Heath.
The podcast will explore the mental health benefits of a creative habit, and how creativity can be helpful in challenging times, including after trauma, natural disasters and illness.
