NSF: Power outage causes water scarcity in athletes camp The Punch

Athletes and officials at the 20th National Sports Festival Games Village were left jostling for water due to a power outage in Benin City, the Edo State capital on Tuesday.
The PUNCH learnt that there had been regular power supply since the athletes arrived in the state on Friday.
The power outage led to stoppage of water supply at the Games Village, forcing athletes and officials to search for water to bath and wash their kits.
When our correspondent visited Hall 3, Aminu Kano Hall, on Tuesday morning, athletes who had just finished their training, were on a long queue to fetch water.
