April 4, 2021 Fadhil Yunus Twenty-one participants attended a futsal referee seminar organised by the Brunei Darussalam Referee Association with the cooperation of the Tutong District Amateur Football Association (TDAFA) at the Lanes Hotel in Pekan Tutong on Friday. National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) Referee Director Abdul Razak bin Anuar facilitated the course with local technical and fitness coaches. The seminar, which concludes today, hopes to update local referees on the latest FIFA Laws of the Game, and to prepare them for upcoming futsal competitions. The seminar will also ensure that referees and assessors have the same and consistent understanding when officiating matches as referee or assessor.
