The former MP for Rangitata resigned in July after it was revealed a student s parents had contacted the office of Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to complain she had been sent a sexually explicit image by him.
The initial allegation did not result in charges, but National Party leader Judith Collins said she was subsequently contacted by five other complainants and had referred them to police.
In a statement today, police said they had made a thorough investigation into the allegations raised by Collins and the initial complainant relating to the sending of unsolicited images.

Former National MP Andrew Falloon will not be charged after he was accused of sending inappropriate images to several young women.
Falloon resigned as MP for Rangitata in July after pressure from newly minted National leader Judith Collins, after she was alerted to the images by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.
Police launched the investigation into allegations raised by Collins and the initial complainant, the results of which were released on Friday.

Police will not be laying criminal charges over allegations former National MP Andrew Falloon sent unsolicited images.
The former Rangitata MP resigned in July after mounting pressure over allegations he sent inappropriate messages to young women and whether he had been upfront with his leader and police.
Police had been investigating allegations brought to their attention by National Party leader Judith Collins.

In a statement today, police confirmed they had completed a thorough investigation into allegations raised by the leader of the National Party in July 2020, and by the initial complainant, relating to the sending of unsolicited images .
