The Hanover Township Office of Community Health is offering free blood pressure screenings throughout May as part of National High Blood Pressure Education Month. High blood pressure, or hypertension, is often referred to as the silent killer because many people experience no symptoms and are unaware they have a condition, said Kristen Smith, director of Community Health. We encourage residents, especially those with a family history of hypertension, to come to the Township and take advantage of a free screening.
