NXT Takeover Vengeance Day poll results for best match and letter grade

-Sunday’s NXT Takeover Vengeance Day event received a majority A grade from 64 percent of the voters in our post show poll. B finished second with 25 percent of the vote. Only four percent of the vote grave the show an average or below average grade.
-38 percent of the voters gave Finn Balor vs. Pete Dunne for the NXT Championship the best match of the night honors. Johnny Gargano vs. Kushida for the NXT North American Championship finished second with 35 percent of the vote. MSK vs. Grizzled Young Veterans in the men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Finals finished third with 17 percent of the vote.
Tonight s NXT TakeOver Vengeance Day kicked off with the Women s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic finals match between Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon vs Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai, and at first, it was all Gonzalez. Preview by Josh Nason The Bruiserweight will become the next in line to try and dethrone NXT Champion Finn Balor in the main event of Sunday s NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on the WWE Network.
Pete Dunne will be looking to hand Balor his first singles loss since August 12th (Velveteen Dream) while the champion will be gunning for the third defense of the title he won in September by defeating Adam Cole at Super Tuesday II.
In other action, NXT Women s Champion Io Shirai will defend against both Mercedes Martinez and Toni Storm in a triple threat; Johnny Gargano will defend the NXT North American title against Kushida in a highly anticipated match, and both the men s and women s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournaments will conclude as the Grizzled Young Veterans will face MSK while Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez will take on Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart, respectively.

The Kickoff Show was going along as normal until Eli Drake made a surprise appearance to interrupt the panel. He disses Wade Barrett and the other panelists before hyping the fact that he signed. His name is apparently L.A. Knight.
Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Finals: Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez vs. Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart
Ember and Shotzi have matching entrance gear and comes out together on the tank. Shotzi starts with Raquel and slams her down with ease. Ember also cannot overpower her but tries an Octopus Stretch only to get sidewalk slammed down. They go after her together and fare better but not well enough. Kai enters but misses the running boot and gets her legs trapped before she’s slammed down and put in a Texas Cloverleaf. Ember nails a slingshot splash on Kai to put them in control. Kai fights out but gets rolled into a half crab. Soon after, Ember enters and also works a kneebar. Shotzi gets tagged as the
